David was a great host! The cabin was very cozy and all my family members loved the layout and location. It was close to all the fun locations and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. The hottub was a great relaxing feature after a long day of sight-seeing. Each room had their own private bathroom, which was important when I was looking for a place to stay. Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge, just enough off the main strip to be quiet, yet accessible to get to everything quickly. Our family loved the hot tub, making burgers on the grill and playing with the arcade machine and pool table. Rooms and beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage. Definitely a recommend from us.

David’s cabin was very nice and the location was perfect. Unfortunately, a bad storm passed thru the area before we arrived. The breaker box door probably blew open, and a few breakers got wet and wouldn’t switch back on. We were able to move to another cabin for the night, and the next day we were moved to another larger property David owns that was beautiful. David was very helpful in helping us deal with things that were out of his control. I would definitely stay at the cabin we originally booked again.

David was great. Disappointed the kitchen was not better equipped. It needs a larger skillet and a strainer. The living room was smaller than expected. All in all, it was a great vacation.

This was a great house for two families traveling together. The location was quite close to the tourist attractions but still in a quiet and peaceful area. The house seems new and was very clean. They had starter packs of everything from toiletries to dish soap and laundry detergent. The rooms all had king sized beds and large bathrooms. The movie room was in the middle of the upstairs common area. The linens and towels were enough for everybody. It has huge balconies. All rooms can access the balconies.

David was a great host and prompt with correspondence. The house is centrally located to all the attractions in Pigeon forge, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was a great place to relax and the beds were so comfy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, every bedroom had its’ own full bath, another half bath upstairs, and great seating areas for everyone to sit and talk. Great fit for all of us.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful and conveniently located. My two teens enjoyed the theater/game room. The beds are very comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Accessing the cabin upon arrival was very easy. David was quick to communicate throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of friends stay for a long weekend and the cabin was in the best location super close to the island and strip but also felt secluded. The cabin was beautiful and had tons of room. We absolutely loved the hot tub and pool table! Would definitely love to stay again yearly especially for the location. Communication was great and super easy for all instructions from checking to check out! Thanks so much!

Really enjoyed our time spent here! It was a great space for our family of 6. We enjoyed being so close to everything in town and hanging out upstairs as a family watching movies and playing pool. Cabin was clean and as described!

This place was beautiful! It looks exactly like the pictures. Most of all the host David was amazing!!! He was quick to respond when I reached out with any questions, he was accessible during my whole entire stay and he gave me clear check in instructions. He also took the time to remind me of the check out instructions. I felt at home! I was also close by stores and fun activities. I can’t wait to book with David again.

Great location & cabin with lots of space close to the main strip.

David and his place were awesome! Me and my family enjoyed staying here for the thanksgiving holidays. Everything is as pictured, super clean, and easy to locate. David was super responsive and friendly even though we didn’t need much. I would highly recommend his place! Parking is a little steep but we were able to park 3 vehicles. There was plenty of room for four couples and a couple of kiddos to be comfortable. BOOK IT!!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The location is perfect - secluded enough to enjoy some peace and quiet, but also very close to the main downtown area and theme parks. It was great for families with children, and it was very convenient to have a bathroom and a tv in every room. David was a fantastic host and was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect place to stay with family or friends! It is very close to restaurants, shops and attractions but secluded enough that you have a quiet spot to relax. David is an amazing host, always responsive and will always try to accommodate your needs. The location is great. The house is perfect and it is so convenient to have a bathroom in every bedroom. This cabin is so nice! Everything is clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is away from all the traffic but also super close to the strip. The roads aren’t steep, but the driveways is so keep that in mind. The theater room was so nice! We loved playing on the arcade machine, it had ALL the games. It’s nice having a tv in every room also. We will keep this place in mind when staying again!!

Wonderful cabin, great location, everything was as described! Very clean, well appointed, and close to area attractions, but far enough away from busy traffic! Would definitely recommend and stay again! David was very responsive and helpful!

It was a great family stay as Cabin was spacious and clean. Kids liked pool and arcade games. Hot tub was relaxing after day long of hiking.

David`s listing was wonderful, exactly as described. I am very skeptical when I have to purchase/order/reserve ANYTHING sight unseen, David`s place has eased some of that anxiety for me. There were five adults, two teen girls and two children, there was space and activities for everyone. It rained several days that we were there but the pool table, the arcade, the movie theatre and hot tub kept us occupied. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and everything was in working order. The listing was not far from the strip yet far enough away, the guest manual was a big help and we based some of our decisions from it. I would definitely recommend staying at David`s place and I can not wait to come back again!! Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

Upon check in we were greeted with a very clean house. We got settled in and went in to Gatlinburg for dinner which was only a 20 minute drive. Two families of 4 or 5 can comfortably sleep in this place, something to keep in mind! We visited the sites nearby in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for our stay and the location was great for us. We will definitely do this again! David was an awesome host, very responsive and took the time to help us find things to do in the area. We definitely enjoyed the stay and if we were to visit the area we will stay here again!

The cabin is nice! Note: Google struggles to find the correct cabin. Upon arrival it twist you the cabin is on the left, buy it is on the right. If arriving at night, there are no street lights, making it difficult to find the cabin. But again, the cabin is really nice and comfortable. David was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the hot water. He had it resolved in an expeditious manner. We enjoyed the town and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying at this location.

A great cabin for our 7 day visit. We visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this was the perfect location for us.

Super fun time! The house had great accommodations and really close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge + Gatlinburg.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is very close to the Parkway and easy to locate. David was a great host and very responsive. One thing that really stood out for us and that we truly appreciated was the fact that the mattresses are in encasement to protect against bugs. I'm terried of any types of of bugs and the only bug I encountered during our stay was one flying ant. (which wasn't the host fault.) However, I appreciated the fact that I was able to be comfortable and relaxed during our stay. My children were able to run around and play freely just like they do at home. I would definitely book with David again in the future.

We really enjoyed this cabin! Being so close to the parkway was so nice and convenient. The cabin itself was modern and clean. Super clean! I really enjoyed the fact that the cabin was not cluttered. The theater room was so much fun for our kids. This is a great property.

There were many great things about the house and unfortunately some negatives as well. I will summarize the pros and cons. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Pros: Great location so close to the Parkway, lots of room everywhere, guestbook of local info was very helpful, easy checkin process, owner very responsive, beds are comfortable, loved having king ensuites, movie theater setup was a great amenity, laundry on 2nd floor was convenient Cons: Steep driveway that we didn't expect, dirty floors (our kids feet were black) and we saw crumbs thru the kitchen and dust and clumps of hair thru the house so it is clear that housekeeping didn't vaccuum, 1st floor bedrooms sheets and comforter were visibly dirty (stains and hair) - but we were only 4 people so we used the upstairs rooms instead - but it is disappointing to know that housekeeping doesn't wash everything, kitchen pans are cheap and there was no large pan, no dish towels provided

Really nice cabin! Very close to shopping and attractions. The cabin is exactly as pictured but it is a lot more spacious in person! We had a group of 14 and everyone was comfortable. David was very responsive from check in to check out. Very nice cabin and amazing host!

10 of us stayed here for a (delayed) family Christmas celebration and it was perfect! The cabin was clean, and all of the bathrooms made a huge difference with so many people! The kids loved the arcade machine and theater room. We love how it was in a neighborhood that doesn’t have as much traffic, but it’s still only a few mins drive to the main parkway. Amazing cabin , wonderful host , we arrived early since we made a far drive and we ask to check in early and the host allowed us to , great cabin , very quiet and great view !

I am so happy we chose David’s place for our family Christmas vacation and road trip. The cabin was a beauty and our host was amazing. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured. We all loved the fact that there was even a Christmas tree already decorated beautifully for us to place our presents. We loved the family board games , arcade , pool table and theater . Those things were there when we didn’t want to go out . There was even a hot tub ! David was very responsive, helpful and communicated with no problems whenever we did have a question. The property was very peaceful and relaxing . We will definitely be visiting again !

The cabin was exactly as expected. It was a great space for the 11 of us. We were in town celebrating my daughters 18th bday❣️ And it was everything she wanted and more . We enjoyed movie night in our PJ’s and endless pool games as well as battles on the arcade. We also took advantage of the board games !! This cabin along with Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge made for the perfect 18th celebration.

Took a family vacation here for Thanksgiving week. David was very responsive and super friendly! He even let us check in early, that was much appreciated! Really great location, super close to everything.

Had a wonderful stay at David’s Place! We loved that we found a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms. We are private people and loved that everyone had there own space . We even had a beautiful cardinal that came to visit on the deck upstairs everyday. Would recommend to all.

Great host! We really enjoyed our stayed especially with it still dealing as if we were far enough away from the business of Pigeon Forge, but a a quick and easy commute when we needed to get back to town and enjoy some of its entertainment.

Great place, easy to get to, good location. Only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t working. Only about 3 minutes to the parkway. Will definitely stay again.
