We had an excellent Fall Break!! Our accommodations were excellent!!!

David's place was very fun! Pictures were exact! Davids communication was very quick and responsive. We came with a truck and trailer and he assist us with extra parking. We weren't aware only 2-3 cars can actually fit comfortably in driveway, but we made it work thanks to David! The hot tub and games was a plus to the house. Nice lighting with the hot tub so you can enjoy the hot tub at night. I will stay again! Thank You David!

We really enjoyed our stay at David's cabin in Sevierville! The cabin was fully stocked and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which made cooking family meals so easy. The game room was a great bonus and our five-year-old grandson absolutely loved it. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house fit 10 of us comfortably and the kids loved the loft area as well as the game room in the basement! We also enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin decor was neat and the host very responsive. We also had fun at the resort pool. We ended up having to drive 15-30 minutes to do any activities outside the resort but overall were pleased with our stay!

Beautiful cabin! My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was so much to do right at the cabin. My kids stayed entertained the entire time!

David is wonderful host. A very well responsible to support right away as needed. Upon any challenge, David has plan B ready to help out immediately and is what one looking from a wonderful host. Loved the Loft area and way designed for Kids, my Kids did not want to get back from that loft with such a great privacy for them and easy to keep an eye for me from Main level. The game room was out of the box thought and designed that you get every possible game in property. Hot tub is very well maintained and placed in very private area of the balcony, so anyone can use at any hour of the day. Loved the Patio and used for hangout with grill. Kitchen is very spacious to accommodate 8 people on the table. Rooms have every possible requirement to make one feel like home. On the day of check out, Kids were not ready to go home and wanted to stay here for good. Enjoyed the pool and was also very clean. A very good area to walk around. very safe Bear watching nearby.

We loved staying at David’s place. The cabin was in a great location. Close enough to the parkway and amenities but still far enough away for the peace and quiet that we were looking for. David was very responsive and was quick to help. The pool access was wonderful and the game room kept the kids entertained all week. The upstairs kids loft was perfect for all of the cousins to sleep in the same area and it is decorated so cute! We had such a great time and will stay in the same cabin the next time we visit.

great space, matched the pictures, very flexible, had every thing i need down to the towels enough for 13 people. Had a lot in the kitchen to use pot pans some seasonings.

Host was great. Great location close to amenities but also comfortable to just stay and chill.

This place was awesome. We stayed with our friends and it was perfect for our 2 families. Each family had their own master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen table fit the 8 of us perfectly. The living room was cozy. The game room kept the kids (11-14 years old) occupied and it was downstairs so it kept it quiet for the adults to chill. This place was perfect for our families.

I stayed at David's place with my family for 4 days 3 nights, the stay was very comfortable and spacious for myself and my guest. My nieces and nephews really enjoyed the loft with the tents and stuffed animals. David's place was really clean and looked just like the photos. David was a great host who responded back in a timely manner to any and all questions that I had and was very helpful. The only thing that I would suggest is to get a bigger grill. We did grill out one night and it was a really small like park grill that was off to the side but we made it work :) The place overall though was amazing. I will definitely rent from David again.

Loved the stay! Very peaceful and just a great place to stay all around! We honestly didn’t want to leave. Kids loved it as well!

We stayed here for 4 days with our 3 young kids, and we all loved it. the cabin is spacious yet cozy, with great spaces for the kids and lots of entertainment options. We spent most of our days outdoors, trekking, because the weather was beautiful, but if you stay during the winter when there isn't a lot to do outside, this cabin has it all to keep everyone entertained and happy. The cabin is close to Pigeon Forge, just 11 minutes away, so there's lots of food and entertainment options too. Check in and and check out was easy, and the host is friendly and responsive. 5 stars

This is a absolute masterpiece!! My family had to emergency evacuate due to a bad storm . David understood our situation and was very hands on and informative . This cabin is absolutely massive and has so many things to do . Very Cozy . If i can rate it 10 stars i would . Will be back here on our next Tennessee Trip .

We rented this cabin with 8 family members. The water heater was not the correct size for the guest the cabin holds. We showered everyday of our stay with cold water. I did contact David and he had a handyman on property right away. But even so the water heater never worked properly. Very disappointed

We travel with 4 teenagers and 2 kids and they had a great time at David's place , this cabin have a great game room amenities and these fit upstairs, that area is awesome specially if cousin's wants to spend time together and be apart but close enough from adults. We really enjoyed and loved the place.
