We enjoyed our trip! The cabin has plenty of space for a big family or multiple families. There’s plenty of entertainment for kids with the arcade games, mini golf, and pool table! The hot tub is a nice bonus! We had a few small issues but they were easily resolved and David was very responsive to messages. I would definitely make sure you have 4 wheel drive if you plan on coming when there is a potential for ice or snow. The drive up is very steep and would’ve been impossible with bad weather. Overall, we had a good experience.

There wasn’t much of a view, a guy, we didn’t know kept walking through the yard near the fire pit so the kids were kind of creeped out and didn’t want to go out. The Cobb and spider webs were crazy, and how a cleaning company didn’t see and address them is beyond me. The water to the shower only got warm, and there was no where to hang our towels. We would probably stay elsewhere next time, just for the simple fact that we have to have hot showers & dont appreciate spider webs to that degree. Thanks.

Cabin was just as described! Nice, clean and plentyof space for our party of 8. We loved that all bedrooms had its own bathroom. Very close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, attractions) Host was very responsive, will definitely book again!

This place was excellent beautiful views. Couple of the TVs didn’t work. They came out right away and fixed it ordered new remotes. Replaced batteries did whatever they needed to do to get us to be able to watch TV. overall, it was a wonderful stay! You can definitely tell that the pictures are of when they initially set it up the place and other ppl have ruined there stuff ! Other than that I would stay at this every time I come to Tennessee! Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Convenient location across the street to beach. The video games were a huge help on a rainy day. The boogie boards and sand toys were very helpful for the beach along with the washer and dryer in unit which let us keep up on laundry. The beach towels were also very helpful. Kitchen had all we needed and the extra beds were helpful.

There were a couple of small issues because of really rough winter weather in the days before our arrival. David and Angela did an exceptional job of remedying these small problems and went over and above to make our family feel like welcomed and valued guest. We loved the privacy and beauty of the location. The house was extravagant and unusually roomie, with so many amenities ! The pictures don’t begin to tell the story of this great house !! We will definitely rebook at this and probably other properties that David and Angela manage!!

David's home was beautiful and the view out of every window was incredible. The en suite bedrooms were perfect for our large family and the kids had fun in the gameroom. The community is nice and is convenient to downtown Sevierville. There was snow on the ground the day we were to arrive and had to postpone our trip by a day. The communication was excellent in helping us get there safely and also if we had needs of any kind. The hot tub was fun to use in the cold/snowy weather and we had a great time all around.

The cabin itself is beautiful and nice views. We were orig. suppose to stay elsewhere-due to the snow and ice, and roads being treacherous we were asked to stay here. The roads were still not safe. My car got stuck about 75 feet down from the house, and we nearly slide off the side of the road/mountain. The host/property manager was very responisve and we were able to use ice melt. But the guards were very rude and refused to help or check on us. 2 other cars got stuck there as well. Seems extremely irresponsible of the HOA. The house was very spacious, but the carpet was dirty/not vaccumed, very dusty, dead bugs on the floor, one of the bathrooms was not clean/smelled like old urine. The plumbing seems to have some issues. One shower,sink- hot is cold, cold is hot. Only part of 1 of the toasters worked. Keirug leaks, hot tub was hot-jets werent really working. The beauty of the cabin and location made up for it though. Lots of space and plenty of beds.
